Free Image Hosting Terms
Below are terms of service of Yoxio.com when it was previously a free image host service, and are similar to most free imagehosting services:
Yoxio.com is a hosting service for web site tool software and is owned and operated
by the Yoxio.com staff. Yoxio.com reserves the right to change the terms of service
and/or the features of the service without prior notice.
Liability
By using the Yoxio.com service, you agree that Yoxio.com accepts no responsibility
for any loss or damage arising from the use or contents of any services.
Yoxio.com is not responsible for any content residing on our server.
Yoxio.com makes no guarantee as to the availability of the services being
run on our servers, although we do our utmost to keep the service available
and to maximize uptime. Yoxio.com also cannot be held accountable for any loss
of data resulting from system and network outages, file corruption, deletion
or cancellation of services, or any other reasons.
Content
Any content on the Yoxio.com servers containing or containing links to bad content or Yoxio.com deems as offensive will be deleted immediately. This deletion includes the permanent banning of the member from our services.
Advertising images
Yoxio.com may not be used for the hosting of images used in promotional
or advertising material, such as in e-mail marketing or banner
advertisements on websites.
Donations
Donations are non-refundable. Any offers/features offered to users who
donate to Yoxio (such as 'Premium Accounts') are subject to all of the
terms above - we reserve the right to alter or remove features of the
offer at any time. Users are reminded that a donation does not
constitute the purchase of an upgraded account or indeed the purchase
of any account/services whatsoever - and therefore as above we reserve
the right to withdraw the service at any time. Any features provided to
users who donate will expire after 12 months and if action is not taken
to reduce the size of an account or renew the premium features prior to
this date the account will be subject to termination.
